Love the programs.
- - Dedicated support is tricky.
- - Mindvalley programs are unique; no other platform offers them.
- - MVU is recommended to invest in yourself.
Getting dedicated support is a little tricky. However most companies are the same with the whole AI tech.
Nonetheless Mindvalley programs are one of a kind and unique. There's no other similar platform that offers what Mindvalley offers.
The frustrations of some other issues (bugs, etc) are real but the upsides are also real. I recommend also investing in attending MVU, their flagship event where you will get to really live the experience of what it means to invest in yourself.

They only receive chat messages. That is a cowardly way to deal with customers. I try not to give my business to dishonest companies and once I find out how dishonest they are I stay as far away as I can and let others know how terrible they are and how they treat people.

Put in wrong email address when signing up for membership

When signing up for membership, I put in the wrong email address, so it couldn't give me the code to get into members' programs.
Preferred solution: The opportunity to fix my email address to access services

You can't even communicate with anyone.
I thought that hut was genuine.

Hello Mindvalley Support,
My name is Ofoe Agbenyega, I live in Ghana. I tried joining the program last year and it was overwhelming for me.
I paid for a year and didnt ask for a refund. I kept putting the program off till when I was more comfortable with it, All too soon a year has gone by and the way I was notified was the deduction of what I consider to be a significant amount in my bank account, which should be equivalent to $100.
I have now read that if you have gone past 15 days there is no refund for you, but I would really be appreciative if you would check the records to see that with the way I have gone about the usage of the program, a refund of my second deduction would not be undeserved. Thank you in anticipation of your cooperation.

User's recommendation: They offer a money back guarantee which in of itself makes you want to join, but is very limited. Also subscription renews itself even if you wanted to do it for a year which might seem long enough for you.
