Verified ReviewerSpamming/scamming activity apprantly driven by the company itself
- - I canceled Mindvalley after less than two months due to spam.
- - Support did not respond.
- - It alleges Mindvalley allows URLs, emails, numbers.
Shop around for other providers. Customer service literally reeks.
Mindvalley, it appears, is actually a rinky-dink little company of about 29 employees. They automate customer service with a useless WhatsApp group; a clueless AI system; and a customer service email that ignores everyone.
I can’t tell if the offers of get-rich-quick schemes across its forums is continuing. The company has lost my trust, and in this context trust is a lot like virginity; once it's gone, you don't get it back.
There's a principle in science that even if you can't see something, you can determine what it is by the effect it has on everything around it.
It's led me to the conclusion that Mindvalley itself is likely complicit in the spamming activity on its community forums. The conclusion was a simple one to arrive at:
1) If Mindvalley were serious about protecting the welfare of its customers, it would do what Trustpilot does. It would prevent anyone from using URLs, email addresses, or phone numbers in text on its posts. That would kill the spamming at a stroke.
They don't do that; therefore, it follows that they want the spamming to continue.
2) Mindvalley provides no effective means of communicating with them. All they offer is a useless WhatsApp group and an email address that nobody from 'support' ever responds to.
3) Spammers are able to set up 20 or more accounts under the same name and monitor community posting activity in real-time to pounce on new messages at once. How is that possible unless admin were responsible for it? None of us can do it as members.
Conclusion: Mindvalley has structured the community forums in such a way that it allows spammers to use URLs, email addresses (typically Gmail addresses), and phone numbers in posts; and fobs its customers off with a cosmetic means of complaining about it.
Logically, there's an extraordinarily high probability that Mindvalley admin is allowing the spamming activity for its own purposes.
Effectively, it has set up an unsafe community forum that preys upon its paying customersespecially its more vulnerable customers, who may have come to the site in desperate circumstances. That also explains Mindvalley's curiously obsessive urgings for all members to participate in the community forums. It wants the biggest pool of members available for exploitation.
The law of averages means that there will be people on the community forums who have joined in a fragile state of mind because of personal problems. They might be tempted into following up with one or more of the scammers (I've already seen one member engaging to ask for more details).
The community forums are a place where members are encouraged to open up and share their innermost thoughts, fears, hopes, and dreams. In doing so, they're providing parasites with information about themselves that can be used to go off in search of them in the wider world. Guess what... they won't be looking for anyone just to say 'Hi.' People go to Mindvalley in the hope of elevating their lives, not having a piece of self-serving vermin peering over their shoulder to harvest their thoughts.
Don't waste your time and effort raising scams with support or reporting messages individually (it's the most inefficient way of dealing with the problem, and it won't get you a response).
You will be ignored.
Through Trustpilot, I logged a one-star review about Mindvalley and its support of spamming. Normally, a poor review triggers some corpse-eyed functionary programmed to regurgitate fatuous, empty, squirming clichés about understanding your 'frustrations' and suggesting that you 'reach out' for assistance. My review was ignored in that respect, perhaps because its tone didn't leave any window of opportunity open for their usual anodyne fob-offs.
Mindvalley has been very careful not to give anyone an effective means of contacting them. Their customer support is as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike.
It consists of a useless WhatsApp group and a 'support' email address you'll never get a response from. I'm in no position to judge how high this scam goes within the company, but I am satisfied that Mindvalley is responsible for the activity.
- Some of the course material is very good
- Community forums are infested with scammers
Preferred solution: I'd like them to stop attempting to scam their more vulnerable customers on the community forums, and prevent spam from being posted on community forums (one follows the other really).
User's recommendation: Avoid. This company appears to be spamming its own customers

Verified ReviewerResolved: Discussion on price and variation to payment
- - WhatsApp support connected me with a real human; the online chat was a bot.
- - I became a member and uploaded my receipt in the web chat.
Went through Support via WhatsApp - real human being assisted me.
Online chat is a bot, Agent on chat was a bot. Definitely by pass the chatbot on the website and go directly to the WhatsApp link from their website support section - and it is a real human being. So caring, actually empathised with me. I tested it with the fact I broke my arm.
WhatsApp person immediately showed care. Offered a solution. And I became a member and uploaded my receipt into the web chat as proof. Surprisingly, a real human jumped on the website chat.
Amazing! I am pleased this occurred so they can get better with their customer service to understand even if the chat pretends to be human with typos it still did not show empathy. Mindvalley's content surpasses all else on the internet and in the world for advanced mind body techniques.
As frustrating as this was that I nearly ended my subscription because of the situation... I would have been gutted.
- Brilliant content and speakers and teachers
- Get direct link to whatsapp support
Preferred solution: Sebastian the real human on WhatsApp assisted me immediately, showed empathy & care and resolved the situation within 5min. If it couldn't be resolved as it wasn't by the ridiculous Web Chatbot AI would have lost them a customer for life.
User's recommendation: Definitely by pass the chat bot on the website and go directly to the WhatsApp link and it is a real human being. So caring, actually empathised with me. I tested it with the fact I broke my arm. WhatsApp person immediately showed care.

Verified ReviewerRegarding my subscription
- - Customer canceled before Jan 22, 2026 renewal; offered 30% off but charged $322.81 (INV 119****) without it; requests refund and to keep discount.
Hi, my subscription was to be renewed on January 22, 2026. The day before, I logged in with the purpose of canceling it.
Once through the cancellation process, I was offered a 30% discount. So, I decided to take the offer. But the amount charged to my credit card reflected in invoice # INV 119****, January 22, was $322.81 without the 30%. Can you help me understand what happened, and if you can refund the difference?
I would like to keep the subscription at the price offered, with 30%.
Thank you,
- Great programs
- Founded a bit difficult to get customer service faster
Preferred solution: Price reduction

Verified Reviewer |Question whether I consider any platform other than Tony Robbins
- - Mindvalley uses external experts and has a wider scope than TR, and Vishen's vision differs.
- - This variety offers different viewpoints.
Mindvalley uses other experts in their field and has a wider range of items to focus on then TR International. Sometimes that can be a good thing to have when wanting to learn about different viewpoints.
I've been with TR International for decades and discovered Mindvalley with Jim Qwik just about 10 years ago.
They aren't as sophisticated as TR International, but their programs are relevant in today's world. Vishen's vision is also different from TR's so he has different programs.
User's recommendation: This is a legitimate platform. It is less formal than Tony Robbins but has so much great information supplied by experts in their fields.
Direct conversation with MindValley human rep
System does not allow direct conversation with a human MindValley rep, limiting length qualifier both unappreciated and stupid.
User's recommendation: Hopefully I will endure and succeed in helping MindValley to correct this supremely unfruitful glitch

Q: why are you in the community forums? I've been a member 3 months.
I'm only focussed on learning. It seems like your vaues are about connecting (with strangers?) or being seen and heard via a forum... let it go. The content surpasses this silly nonsense.
Use the hypnotherapy section or jumps or Jeffery Allens brilliant course on Grounding. OMG... he is amazing!
Even Marisa Peer... one session with an NLP trained hypnotherapist at her level would be thousands of dollars.
You're missing the point. If you'd read and comprehended my comments you would have seen that I acknowledged the course content itself is generally good.
However, Mindvalley told its users obsessively to connect with the forums, and in an effort to enter into the spirit of it, I did so. Within a relatively short period of time I discovered the forums were a sewer for scammers. I noticed that some users were indiscreet about the level of personal secrets they confided to the forums, thinking they were in a safe environment. In reality, the scammers, being system administrators in my estimation, knew some users' innermost thoughts and fears, and also exactly who they were, and where they lived.
It appears to me that the platform is preying upon its own users. I'm not inclined to "let it go" if that's all the same to you, though I have to wonder what's actually motivating you to make such a lazy, flippant comment. I contacted Mindvalley four times warning about this scamming, making it clear I concluded it was an inside job because it could only be done by what I believed were system administrators. After they blanked me a fourth time, I released a warning message across all forums, and then ceased to have anything more to do with the forums (something I mentioned in my original post, which evidently you didn't read).
I will continue to use the generally good course content until my subscription expires, but I think the integrity of the platform is, at best, suspect. It has lost my trust, and trust, in this context, is a lot like virginity; once it's gone, you don't get it back.
I hope that clarifies the matter for you. Please read comments more carefully in future.
