Not easy to cancel! They promise an easy way to cancel within 15 days but it is NOT easy and I can't cancel, nor can I call to talk to anyone

Tell the truth. It is not easy to cancel. It's a sales pitch, so they can keep your money from an account that's hard to get into and in my opinion, you will never use.

They charge with no service and no support

- - I was charged twice and no service was delivered.
- - I tried four contact methods and got no reply.
- - Customer service numbers are disconnected.
I paid for a service; it didn't go through. They doubled me and then didn't give me the service, and I've been contacting them four different ways to find out what's going on.
They're not responding and telling me if I need help to let them know, and that's the only answer I get.
And their customer service numbers are disconnected. Not Mind Valley!

Paid my membership (regular and audio something) but cannot create an account
- - Entering name, email, and password redirected to a search page; English selection led to a forbidden page; Mindvalley's phone number rings busy.
When I put a password in with my name, email and password, it clicked to a search page but when I entered my selection of English, it went to a forbidden page.
Mindvalley has a phone number but it rings busy constantly...must be a scam.

It was a hassle to find a number for customer service. Finally I got a number, after many attempts. Before to talk I have to agree with pissedconsumer. After that a recording message said everyone is.

I need to get access to the website. I am a member since September 19, 2025.
I am taking a Duality course. I received an email to open the account however never asked for a password. Then I decided to download the app. But the email address that showed its not mine.
Conclusion I am registered as a member since September, theres no way to fixed, there are options where I can correct the situation, even worse theres no one to help. I paid for the curse. I taking on my tablet.
But I cant on the app?? Its like the company is a ghost.

You could begin by responding please. I have good experiences with Mindvalley in the past, but this time not so.
Living in Australia means I will have to attend in the after midnight hours.
I am presently clinically unwell and, for the long term, caring for my 94-year-old mother. Three times I've requested a refund, which Vishen, in his spruiking rap, said was possible for up to a month after signing up and paying!

Communicated with me, replied to my concern. Fixed the problem. Persist.
I found the website difficult to navigate. I don’t understand “Pissed Consumer” as a feedback tool when I am not pissed.
The phone number I called (from the site) was not in service. I did not get a reply from the support@***.com address which drove me to spending a lot of time trying to solve a problem that was solved in minutes.
Sunday morning I responded to a FB promotion and signed up for a membership. I inadvertently left a digit out of my email address I used to sign up.
The verification code, of course was sent to the wrong address.
My credit card payment has gone through but I cannot complete my registration or start the trial period. I need help to rectify this

I've tried setting up my password to log in, and it will not allow me to finish. I am ready to get started, but I've lost 2 days. Also I don't know when, anyone will reply.

I can't access the account. I bought one course last year.
Never intended to have a subscription nor to renew it.
I've been charged again and can't contact anyone. Impossible to reach.

So sad to hear your situation caused you this outcome. I nearly did the same but persisted and I found a real human via support chat link to WhatsApp. They were great.
